EBT Mobile China plc announces that on 24 June 2010 it is posting a circular (the "Circular") to shareholders regarding a proposal for the introduction of a new holding company domiciled in the Cayman Islands by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.  A Court Meeting and General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company are called for 27 July 2010 to consider the proposals which are contained in the Circular.
