IMPORTANT: share matching facility

To all shareholders,

Further to the introduction of a new holding company by means of a scheme of arrangement in 2010, the Company has offered following facility to you.  This will allow you to continue to trade your shares in EBT should you wish to do so, provided that there are other willing buyers or sellers as appropriate.

Should you choose to buy or sell EBT shares, you should:

1. send your enquiry (including number of shares, expected selling or buying price) to the following email address: ebtstock@yahoo.com

2. the agency will establish a corresponding seller or buyer of the shares, and reply in person regarding the potential share transaction

Settlement for the shares traded will use manual paper process.
