Stephen Davidson, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Davidson joined EBT's Board in July 2006. Mr. Davidson is Chairman of SPG Media plc, Enteraction TV Ltd and Digital Marketing Group plc. He is also a non-executive director of Inmarsat plc, Betex Group plc, EBT Mobile China plc and Datatec Ltd. Stephen has held various positions in Investment Banking, most recently at WestLB Panmure where he was Global Head of Media and Telecoms, Investment Banking, then Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. From 1993 to 1998 Stephen was Finance Director, then CEO of Telewest Communications plc. He was Chairman of the Cable Communications Association from 1996 to 1998. Stephen holds a 1st Class Hons in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Aberdeen.
Zhang Ge, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Zhang has been the President of EBT's PRC companies since 2002 and Chief Operating Officer of EBT (or its predecessors in interest) since 2004. In January 2006, Mr. Zhang was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of EBT. Prior to joining EBT, Mr. Zhang was Director & General Manager of China Resources Supermarket Company Ltd., a subsidiary of China Resources Group Co., a leading Hong Kong conglomerate with interests in retail and other sectors. Mr. Zhang spent 11 years in the retail industry in Hong Kong and mainland China with China Resources Group. Mr. Zhang is currently the Director of China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA).
James A Reiman, Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Reiman was appointed Chairman of the Board in September 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Reiman served as Chairman of EBT Mobile Limited before the reverse takeover of The Trading Exchange plc. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President of Escala Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESCL) (formerly Greg Manning Auctions), a global network of leading companies in the collectables market, with operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Before Escala, Mr. Reiman practiced law in private law firms for 18 years, representing domestic and international clients in domestic and international business transactions. Mr. Reiman serves on the board of trustees of Kendall College, an Illinois private four year college.
Daniel Skaff, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Skaff joined EBT's Board in October 2005. Mr. Skaff is the founder and managing partner of Sienna Ventures, a top-performing U.S. venture capital firm. Since 1990, Sienna has been involved in building approximately 35 high-growth companies, and Dan has founded or sponsored investment in a number of successful and innovative businesses such as @Motion and Openwave Systems(now combined Nasdaq OPWV),Widcomm(Nasdaq BRCM),Protocol Communications, M7 Networks (now Motricity), Glu Mobile (Nasdaq GLUU), Priceline.com (Nasdaq PCLN), Epana Networks, TradePoint Solutions (now DemandTec), Heidi's Fine Desserts, and Bojangles' Restaurants. Most recently, two of Mr. Skaff's companies were featured by Fortune Magazine among its pick of top private U.S. companies. He currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Marin Community Foundation, the Harvard College Fund Council, and the Sierra Club National Advisory Council. With his wife Michelle, Mr. Skaff created the Sienna Foundation, which provides support to underserved children and the environment. Mr. Skaff received a bachelor degree with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Wharton Fellow.

Audit Committee:

The Audit Committee is appointed by the Board from the non-executive directors of the group. It is responsible for:
- monitoring the integrity of the financial statements of the
group and any formal announcements relating to the
Group's financial performance and reviewing significant
financial reporting judgements contained therein;
- reviewing the group's internal financial controls and,
unless expressly addressed by the board itself, the
group's internal control and risk management systems;
- making recommendations to the board, for a resolution
to be put to the shareholders for their approval of the
remuneration and terms of engagement of the external
auditors;
- reviewing and monitoring the external auditors'
independence and objectivity and the effectiveness of the
audit process;
The Audit Committee is required to report its findings to the Board, identifying any matters in respect of which it considers that action or improvement is needed, and make recommendations as to the steps to be taken.

The Remuneration Committee is appointed by the Board from the non-executive directors of the group. None of the Committee has any personal financial interest (other than as shareholders), conflicts of interests arising from cross-directorships or day-to-day involvement in running the business. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board. No director plays a part in any discussion about his or her own remuneration.
